1. Use of This Website
This Site is provided to give visitors information about our residential and commercial cleaning services and to allow you to request a quote. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping content, or interfering with its normal operation.
2. Quotes Are Estimates Only
Any pricing, availability, or service information presented on this Site — including through online quote forms — is an estimate only and does not constitute a binding agreement. A binding service agreement is formed only when we issue a formal written estimate and you accept it, at which point the separate Service Terms & Conditions provided with that estimate govern the work performed.
3. Summary of Service Terms
The following is a summary of the key terms that govern services we perform. The complete, controlling terms are provided in writing with every estimate; if anything here conflicts with that document, the estimate’s terms control.
- Pricing validity: Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate and are based on the scope of work described in that estimate.
- Scope of work: Services are limited to what is described in the accompanying estimate. Additional work requested on-site requires approval before it begins.
- Service area: Our primary service area is Watertown, MN and surrounding communities. Jobs outside this area may be subject to a mobilization fee and/or fuel surcharge.
- Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. Returned checks and past-due balances are subject to additional fees.
- Cancellation: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less notice, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, or for pre-existing damage documented prior to service.
- Stain & odor treatment: Results vary by fiber type, age of stain, and other factors. Complete removal is not guaranteed, and some stains may be permanent.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
If you opt in to receive text messages from Integrity Steam Cleaning LLC, the following terms apply:
- By opting in, you agree to receive appointment reminders, account notifications, and customer support text messages from us.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt out, text “STOP” to (952) 295-3940 or the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Integrity Steam Cleaning LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
6. Disclaimers
This Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on it is always current or accurate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integrity Steam Cleaning LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site. This limitation does not apply to the separate liability terms governing services performed, which are set out in your service estimate as summarized in Section 3.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
